We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a fast-paced technology delivery environment focused on agile excellence, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery. Key Requirements 6+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager within Agile environments. Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies. Scrum certification preferred: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Experience within product-driven and custom software development environments. Ability to understand technical concepts and delivery challenges at a high level. Proven ability to coach and support multiple agile teams. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills. Self-driven with strong ownership, collaboration, and attention to detail.
