We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for IT projects across application development, system integration, and enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across IT and business teams
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, risks, and delivery metrics
