Responsibilities
Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum practices with a strong focus on eCommerce and omnichannel delivery
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
Ensure quality deliverables through effective coordination of development, testing, and deployment phases
Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers—developing mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes when needed
Profile
