Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , PSM , or equivalent Scrum certification (Required )
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles
  • Remove blockers and impediments affecting team progress
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
