• Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week in Madrid (flexible depending on team policy)

• Travel: Occasional travel to Paris or Barcelona (approx. 2 times/year)

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile product initiatives in Spain.

You will facilitate Scrum processes, coach the team on Agile principles, and ensure strong collaboration between the Product Owner and the development team. The role focuses on removing impediments, organizing Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement within the team.
