Role:
Facilitate collaboration, communication and coordination between the various project stakeholders, respecting the principles and values of Scrum; Collaborate with business experts, Product Owners, developers and data scientists to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for projects; Ensuring that needs are translated into a clear and realistic roadmap, accepted by all stakeholders, supporting the data science and development teams in defining and prioritizing user stories; Managing the Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives) and ensuring that commitments, deadlines and quality of deliveries are met, including proactively identifying and resolving any implementation blockages; Monitoring and reporting on projects, using appropriate tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders...
