Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;

• Scrum Master certified;

• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);

• Agile Estimating & Planning;

• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;



• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:

o Automated Testing techniques;

o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment;

o Test Driven Development;
