Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master who can also manage projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project timelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth delivery of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Manage complete project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and share regular progress updates.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
Ensure the team follows Agile principles and best practices.
Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) to remove blockers.
Track sprint performance and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication within the team.
