About The Role:
TJX is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who blends initiative and flexibility with pragmatic, detail?oriented delivery. Youll enable high?performing Agile teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and driving transparency across stakeholdersfrom Product Owners to senior leadership. In partnership with Product and Engineering, youll keep the backlog continuously refined and prioritized, and youll plan & coordinate production deployments for large epics spanning multiple product and shared services teams. Expect a highly collaborative, global environment with an inclusive culture and significant opportunities for growth.
