Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, sprint progress, and release planning
Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog
Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (Do R) and deliverables meet Definition of Done (Do D)
