Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, excellent leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with experience in the UAE.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
