Job Description

Description GSPANN is hiring a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across complex Salesforce B2B and digital commerce programs. The role focuses on sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, and driving predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and sprint demos.
  • Analyze business requirements, support story-point estimation with the team, and plan Program Increments (PI) and sprint cycles.
  • Track, analyze, and publish sprint-level delivery metrics and progress reports.
  • Work closely with the Technical Program Manager and Technical Lead to resolve requirement clarifications across design, development, and testing cycles.
