Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams, including those involved in AWS-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
- Ensure effective backlog refinement and readiness of user stories
- Remove impediments and proactively address team blockers
- Support Agile project management activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
