Job Description

Korn Ferry are seeking a senior, delivery-focused Scrum Master, to work with our client, a financial services client in Ireland, as part of their digital transformation programme. The Scrum Master will provide leadership, structure, and momentum while helping teams move from early-stage definition through to end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsbilities

  • Act as Scrum Master across multiple agile squads, ensuring consistent and effective agile delivery

  • Establish and mature agile ways of working, particularly where teams are early in their agile journey

  • Facilitate all core ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with confidence and authority

  • Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies across squads

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and outcomes
