Scrum Master / Delivery Manager – Mainframe Platforms

Overview

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

As a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager, you will drive delivery excellence for our core mainframe cards and transactions platforms, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes in a 24/7, mission-critical environment. You will work closely with business partners, developers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Quality Engineering (QE), and production support teams to manage delivery across online and batch mainframe systems supporting Online Banking, POS, ATM, and related channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones
