  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailies, and retros.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Track Agile metrics to monitor performance and drive team improvements.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and best practices.
  • Ensure team deliverables align with overall project and business goals.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and progress.
  • Support Agile tools and processes to improve team productivity.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading Agile teams, ideally in Retail/ecommerce environments.
