We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a digital health initiative focused on delivering citizen?facing health tools that improve access, equity, and patient engagement. You will guide cross?functional, remote teams using agile best practices to deliver high?quality digital health solutions.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand?ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) in a virtual environment
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and partners
• Coach teams on Scrum and agile principles, fostering continuous improvement
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and a sustainable pace of work
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Teams to maintain visibility and alignment
