The Scrum Master is a servant leader responsible for enabling Agile delivery teams within BASSC to successfully deliver value through SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement while partnering closely with Product Owners, Business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment and predictable delivery. The Scrum Master also represents teams in Program Increment (PI) Planning and supports Lean Portfolio Management principles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Retrospectives, Daily Scrums, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Backlog Refinement to ensure team engagement and a consistent delivery cadence.
