Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables. Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes. Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
