🔹 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
🔹 Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai
🔹 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office
🔹 Notice Period: April Joiners Preferred
🛠️ Mandatory Requirements
✔ 10+ years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Scrum Master
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile framework and Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards
✔ Expertise in facilitating Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo & Retrospectives
✔ Hands-on experience in developing and using ADO dashboards to track Agile performance KPIs
