Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile practices for projects focused on Power BI, Data Analytics, and ETL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering complex data-driven initiatives within the Capital Markets domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams focused on Power BI, ETL, and data analytics solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile values and continuous improvement
