Lead and facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Empower development teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Proactively identify, address, and remove impediments to maintain team momentum and productivity.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog and ensure clarity in user stories.
