Bachelors in computer science or equivalent.
Around 10 years experience as scrum master.
Experience of Banking or Investment Markets domain is a must.
A solid understanding of software development processes or cross-functional delivery, as well as experience with project management tools like JIRA.
Proficiency in leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and cross-team communication.
Comfort training team members on Agile principles.
Ability to mediate disputes constructively and manage team dynamics.
Certified ScrumMaster CSM, CSP, or SAFe
