I am looking for a passionate and committed Scrum Master who can help my client in transforming the organization from a Waterfall to an Agile company.

What would be your role

  • Support the Agile team in following the Scrum process
  • Educate the team in Agile values, principles, practices and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, DevOps, …)
  • Help the team focus on creating an increment of value in each iteration
  • Facilitate the removal of impediments to the team's progress
  • You will ensure that all team events take place and are productive
  • Create the environment for continuous improvement supporting the Agile implementation
  • Assist the Product Owner in refining the backlog
