Scrum Master

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in fintech to drive agile delivery across our cross‑functional product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial technologies, agile frameworks, and the dynamics of scaling complex digital products in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

You will act as a servant leader and agile coach, ensuring that teams deliver high‑quality software that meets business goals — on time, within scope, and with a focus on continuous improvement.
