Job Description

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client’s team in Plano, TX . This is a Hybrid, Contract position.

SALARY: $60-$65/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience leading enterprise technology projects.
  • Proven experience supporting Infrastructure, Security, and Application Development teams simultaneously.
  • Strong background leading complex integration and automation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across U.S. and offshore resources.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand infrastructure, application architecture, APIs, integrations, and security concepts.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
