Scrum Managers are the voice of the customer for the scrum team, responsible for managing the backlog of the scrum, connecting with customers to align on project goals, and guiding the scrum team through technical challenges with each project. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and leadership. The selected candidates will need to bring excellent skills and capability in these areas in order to grow their scrum teams and take on challenging new projects.
