Job Description:
Our website has been targeted by a large-scale spam attack, generating approximately 10,000 spam submissions through our contact form.
We need an experienced website security specialist to:
Identify how the spam is bypassing current protections
Stop the ongoing spam submissions immediately
Secure the contact form (reCAPTCHA, honeypot, firewall, etc.)
Implement rate limiting and bot protection
Harden overall website security to prevent future attacks
Conduct a malware and vulnerability scan
Recommend best-practice security measures going forward
Our site appears to be built with a CMS (possibly WordPress/Elementor), so experience with WordPress security and form protection is highly desirable.
