SCM Manager/ Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to head up our SCM function at our Prai, Penang plant.

This is a high‑impact role. You will own the full supply chain — from strategic sourcing and procurement through to materials planning, inventory, and logistics — and be expected to elevate performance, build supplier relationships, and modernise how we plan and execute.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of SCM — procurement, strategic sourcing, materials planning, inventory management, warehousing, and inbound logistics.
• Drive sourcing strategy for plastic components and electromechanical parts; negotiate and manage supplier contracts and long‑term agreements.
• Own materials requirements planning (MRP) — ensuring accurate demand signals, healthy inventory levels, and minimal obsolescence.
• Lead or support MRP/ERP system migration projects from requirements through to go‑live and stabilisation.
