Role Purpose
Lead and execute the Shopper & Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) strategy for the Pharmacy & E-comm channel of Colombia, ensuring a consistent, profitable execution adapted to the specific operational dynamics and commercial potential of this channel.
This role is responsible for defining strategic guidelines by customer type and category, working with local teams to validate and adjust implementation, and ensuring alignment with brand priorities and field realities.
This role translates brand strategies into customer-relevant plans, coordinates with Sales, Marketing and POSM, and leads execution in-store, with full accountability over assigned budget, activations, and category KPIs.
