Job Description
**Job Overview:**
Aptim Federal Services, LLC (APTIM) has an opening for an analytical chemist to provide analytical data audit and data validation support under two APTIM subcontracts with GDIT: Quality and Sample Support (QSS) and Science and Technology Support (STS) EPA Scientific Support for the Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) in Las Vegas, NV.
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
Evaluate laboratory organic analytical data for data audit and data validation purposes from various instrumental methods following the standard/published method/standard operating procedures (SOPs) from analytical techniques and instruments including, but not limited to, the following:
+ Gas Chromatography (GC-FID/ECD) for pesticides, Aroclors, CB Congeners, and herbicides
+ Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) for VOCs, SVOCs, SVOC-SIM, and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)
