RESPONSIBILITIES

:
  • Development of prototype biochemical test kits following internal new product development protocol and international standards.
  • Participation in the development, transfer and production establishment of biochemical test kits designed for microbiological identification in the context of food safety.
  • Verification of product conformity with product requirement criteria.
  • Translation of lab scale processes into standard and scalable manufacturing workflows. Advise possible production improvements and product maintenance in later stages.
  • Preparation of validation documents in accordance with internal new product development regulations.
  • Training technical experts and manufacturing / QC technicians on the newly developed and validated manufacturing and QC methods and procedures.
  • Supporting evaluation and investigation of nonconformities.
