Genedata Developer | 4 To 6 years | Hyderabad


  • Hands-on experience with Genedata Biologics, Screener and similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Jython, R) and bash environments.
  • Familiarity with Git, Nextflow, relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure for data processing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and design tailored solution
