Position : School Social Worker

Reporting to the Principal, the School Social Worker works collaboratively with the Student Services and Wellness support team, school staff, parents/guardians, clinicians and outside agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Social Work Degree
• Valid Manitoba Social Work School Clinician Certificate (or eligibility for)
• Excellent crisis response and management skills (e.g., comprehensive risk assessment, safety plans and follow-up care for students that experience suicidal ideations and other self-harming behaviors)
