School Officer Manager

This temporary full‑time position (36 hours per week, 8:15 am‑4:30 pm) based in Redbridge offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

The role provides crucial administrative, resource, and business support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the School Assistant Business Manager, with a focus on business services such as Human Resources, Payroll, Admissions, and Attendance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including coordinating interview days and assisting with DBS checks, identity verification, qualification checks, and references.
  • Payroll & Census: Support payroll processing, handling leaver processes and payroll notifications.
