We are supporting a busy Dudley primary school with the recruitment of an experienced School Office Assistant. This role is heavily administration-focused and requires someone with excellent attention to detail who can support the wider office team with day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Producing letters and school documentation
  • Managing pupil records and confidential files
  • Updating attendance information daily
  • Inputting data onto ARBOR, SIMS, and BROMCOM
  • Responding to emails and administrative queries
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining records
  • Supporting admissions administration
  • Assisting senior leaders with admin tasks

Candidate Requirements
