School ICT Lead & Systems Technician

The Education Authority (Northern Ireland) is seeking an ICT Technician 3 to supervise staff and manage the ICT infrastructure in schools. This role involves ensuring systems are functional, providing training, and maintaining all computer systems.

Candidates must have five GCSEs including essential subjects and at least one year of experience in the IT industry and in staff supervision. Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are also required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective planning, organisational, and communication skills.
