School Caretakers We are currently accepting applications for the Substitute Caretakers. Positions on the Substitute Caretaker roster are used to replace permanent staff that are on vacation, sick leave or professional development. Applying to this posting is your first step in starting your career with Winnipeg School Division. You will be assigned a 6-month term that will be renewed until you are placed in a permanent position.
