Job Summary


We are looking for a Part-Time Driver Trainer (approximately 30 hours per week) in Iroquois, ON. This role facilitates classroom and behind-the-wheel training for drivers and other staff, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and provincial regulations. You will coach and mentor new drivers based on key safety indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and on-road training to new drivers
  • Provide refresher training for existing staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate training records for compliance with provincial and company standards
  • Support safety programs, including accident investigations and safety meetings
  • Evaluate driver performance to ensure compliance with Ontario licensing and company requirements
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Travel locally to deliver training at multiple sites
