Adena Health is seeking a full-time, school-based, primary care Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join the Adena Family Medicine at the brand-new Warrior Wellness Center in Frankfort, OH! This CNP will serve students, families, and the community surrounding Frankfort and Clarksburg, OH. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CNP who has at least one year experience in primary care, be able to work independently, and who is passionate about children/school-based health.

Position Overview

As a school based, primary care Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), you will focus on direct patient care, providing clinical services, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians.
