Job Overview

Weekly hours vary mainly from 20 to 25 hours or as needed. The weekly hours will be specified later. Isolahden School is a basic school in Vasa with 340 students and a long tradition of general and special education. In the school year, there will be 12 general education classes and 15 special education classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide students in special or general education during lessons, recess, and other situations.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a school assistant, practical nurse, or other suitable qualification.
• Experience working with children and young people; an advantage if relevant education is lacking.
• Proficiency in Finnish.
• Experience and motivation to work with children.
• Positive attitude toward supporting students.
