Scheme Manager - Temp Location:Hatfield Salary: £16.58 Umbrella Purpose of the Role To manage the day-to-day operation of the housing scheme, providing a safe, well-maintained environment and excellent customer service. The Scheme Manager will support resident wellbeing, encourage independent living, and act as the main point of contact for residents and partners. Key Responsibilities Build positive relationships with residents and provide day-to-day support. Conduct wellbeing checks and respond to resident concerns and safeguarding issues. Promote resident engagement and organise community activities. Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, secure, and well maintained. Carry out scheme inspections and report maintenance issues. Liaise with contractors, support agencies, healthcare professionals, and local authorities. Support new residents moving into the scheme.
