Scheduling Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming patient phone calls.
  • Schedule patient appointments for multiple locations.
  • Triage patient calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Answer patient questions with confidence.
  • Obtain and enter new patient demographics into EHR software.
  • Assist with incoming patient referrals.
  • Provide excellent patient service.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
  • Basic computer skills.
