Scheduling Coordinator

CareKW is seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage schedules for PSWs, nurses, therapy professionals and clients. This in-person role is based at our main office and involves rotational shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding scheduling inquiries and changes.
• Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to understand and align with organization’s needs and goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the dynamic requirements of a 24‑hour healthcare operations, including working rotations on weekends and holidays.
