There are 2 positions available, working 8:30am - 5pm
About the role:
This is a busy and dynamic role that involves being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls and directing to correct departments
- Ensure appropriate resource coverage is allocated
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling enquiries
- Dispute resolution
