The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing staff schedules, ensuring proper site coverage, and supporting operational efficiency across assigned portfolios (Retail and Concierge). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage employee schedules to ensure full site coverage
- Handle shift extensions, vacation requests, and other anomalies efficiently
