Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler / Workforce to join our team. This role is responsible for managing schedules, supporting workforce coordination, and ensuring operational coverage and efficiency across teams.
Responsibilities

+ Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules based on operational needs

+ Monitor staffing coverage and support workforce planning

+ Coordinate schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs

+ Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce data

+ Communicate effectively with employees and leadership regarding scheduling updates

+ Support operational efficiency and productivity through effective scheduling practices

+ Identify scheduling conflicts and provide timely solutions
