FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner

Sheffield, South Yorkshire

£15.89 per hour

Monday to Friday - 09:00–17:00

3 month fixed term contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner to join a busy facilities management operation based at their Sheffield head office.

This is a key coordination role, responsible for scheduling engineers, managing maintenance requests and ensuring high service levels are delivered to clients.

The Role – Scheduler / Planner

  • Act as the first point of contact for service requests via phone, email and systems
  • Log and prioritise jobs using a CAFM system
  • Schedule reactive, planned and preventative maintenance works
  • Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs
  • Monitor job progress and update systems accurately
  • Support reporting, compliance records and general helpdesk administration
