Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers for shifts (HHA's and CNA's). Speak to caregivers, clients and referral partners.
  • Answer phones and make calls.
  • Provide daily updates to office team, enter new MH patient info and staff for immediate shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills
  • Being able to multi task. All software used can be taught.
  • Previous experience as a scheduler (preferably in the similar field).
  • With US-based client experience.
  • Amenable to start ASAP.
  • Amenable to work nightshift (EST).
