The Role



We're seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduler / Operations Support Coordinator to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

This position is central to keeping jobs running smoothly — coordinating technicians, managing schedules and quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you'll be the voice of the company, ensuring clear communication between clients, technicians, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules for service technicians
  • Prioritise jobs to maximise efficiency of labour and resources
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules for delays or urgent changes
  • Manage incoming quotes and job enquiries
  • Maintain accurate job records and ensure follow-ups are completed
